C sar Sempere Padilla C sar Sempere Padilla is a Spanish rugby player born in Valencia on 26 May 1984 in La Vila Joiosa / Villajoyosa capital of the region of the Marina Baixa (Alicante) currently playing in the ranks of Montpellier HRC.
