Europe B2C E-Commerce report 2012 by yStats.com for the whole European region is an annual rise of B2C E-commerce sales between 2011 and 2016 by more than 10 percent expected. The cross-border online trade is flourishing. So a low two-digit percentage of all online shoppers in Europe on the borders of the country had ordered in 2011 already also in the Internet goods or services. Sweden and Norway had the highest Internet penetration rate, where Norway could have at the same time the highest online shoppers rate in 2011.
